Summary: China Startup Guide was published on January 1, 2014 and remained on the Amazon international bestseller list for 4 consecutive weeks. The creation of this book was funded by American entrepreneur Derek Sivers, founder of Woodegg (book publishing company) and CDBaby.com (sold for $22 million).

Author Notes: Although Derek Sivers was listed as co-author, all writing and research was done by yours truly. The book was removed from Amazon listings in 2016 after the company, Woodegg, was shut down and Derek cited frustrations with the Amazon publishing platform.
